15 point inspection 2-4 times a year
1. Full Seasonal roof inspections with aerial inspection
2. Inspect all plumbing boots & maintain sealants as required
3. Inspect all attic vents for cracking, flaking and metal rusting or potential high wind driven rain intrusion.
4. Check for any exposed fasteners and repair.
5. Inspect for animal damage or roof penetration, such as squirrels, woodpeckers and raccoons.
6. Debris removal
7. Inspect tiles for anomalies such as slipping, shifting, lifting or cracks
8. Hail and wind damage inspection
9. Neutralizing of roof environmental algae, and 15% discount on cleaning
10. Check for buckled roof decking (possible moisture problems)
11. Mold, mildew and moisture detection
12. Roof top skylight inspection and cleaning
13. Priority appointment scheduling, and free emergency,
temporary roof repair in the event of ANY STORM
14. 15% on discount for any necessary repairs

*Services are based on one story roof access, (house can be two story on back side) with roof pitches not to exceed an 8/12 pitch (steepest pitch for walking). Steeper roofs and multi-story roofs require a surcharge. All services are quoted for composition style roofs. Yearly inspections for varying styles of roofing, such as Metal & Tile roofing are available on a per case basis. Services programs listed for one home per customer.
